Trefreock Farmhouse

Self Catering Accommodation for 6-14.

Trefreock Farmhouse is an exceptionally spacious Grade II listed Georgian farmhouse built in the 1820’s, situated in farmland above the historic fishing village of Port Isaac. It is set within its own grounds of 1.5 acres, down a farm lane with uninterrupted views over open countryside to the sea.

It is a family home but the house is vacated and rented out for a number of weeks a year including most school holidays. The layout of the house is very flexible, equally appropriate for a party of 6 on a walking holiday or an extended family gathering of up to 14.

The farmhouse has been completely refurbished with new plumbing and electrics throughout (so there is ample hot water for returning swimmers / surfers), but has retained all the original features, including wonderful old flagstone and limestone floors. It is furnished with a mixture of new and antique furniture and has been simply decorated with traditional lime-based paints.

Catering, for special birthday or anniversary celebrations can be organised if required.
