Due to the flexibility of the house, Trefreock is equally at home for a party of 6 or 14. [Out of school holidays we offer preferential rates for smaller groups].

Downstairs:

Large well equipped farmhouse kitchen with 4 Oven Aga and seating for 16

Utility room and cloakroom with WC

“Cellar” wet room with laundry facilities, WC, changing facilities and power showers. Can be accessed direct from the terrace, ideal for returning surfers / walkers!

Upstairs:

5 large double / twin / triple  bedrooms with 3 bath / shower rooms [there are 5 bath / showers and loos in total]

2 further twin rooms in large attic with ¾ dividing wall [can be used as a children’s ‘dormitory’]

All with sea and / or garden views. See sleeping arrangements below.

Outside:

Front and back gardens with beautiful views, badminton / football lawn

Ample garden furniture and bbq facilities

Out building with great storage for surfboards, golf clubs etc.
