Additional Information

• Weekly rental from £750 to £2,750. Long weekends subject to availability.
• Changeover day Thursday. Visitors need to vacate by 10am and not take possession before 4pm (luggage can be left anytime from 11am).
• Please treat the house and its contents with care and respect as it is our family house.
• A cleaner will be provided (at cost) but please leave house clean and tidy.
• All duvets, pillows provided.
• Linen and bath towels can be provided at an extra charge. Please bring your own swimming towels.
• Basic larder provided, please replace anything you use for the next guests.
• Pond is fenced but visitors must take responsibility for children.
• Dogs by special arrangement.
• No smoking in the house.

NB Trefreock has its own private water supply. The water has been tested and passed and we drink it but we recommend you use bottled water for drinking. NO RESPONSIBILITY will be taken for people choosing to drink the Trefreock water.
